Refund policy
Effective September 7, 2026
This policy covers paid Zas subscriptions purchased through our website, including personal and Enterprise plans. Free accounts and free trials have no payment to refund.
14-day full refund
You may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of a subscription payment, including your first payment, a renewal, or the first payment after a free trial. No reason is required, and using the service does not remove this guarantee. This applies to individuals and organizations.
How to request a refund
Contact us using the email below. Include the email used at checkout, the payment date, and your receipt or transaction reference if available. For an organization, include its workspace name. Missing a receipt does not prevent you from requesting help. Do not send passwords or full card details.
For purchases processed by Paddle, Paddle is the merchant of record and handles payment refunds. You can also request a refund through the support link on your receipt or through Paddle Buyer Support.
Refund processing and access
We review requests promptly and arrange eligible refunds through the payment provider. Paddle processes approved refunds within 14 days, using the original payment method where possible. Your bank may take additional time to display the credit. When a subscription payment is fully refunded, the corresponding paid access ends and that subscription is canceled to prevent further renewal charges.
Canceling a subscription
You can cancel future renewals through the subscription management link in your receipt, Paddle Buyer Support, or by contacting us. For Enterprise, the workspace owner or billing administrator should manage cancellation. Cancellation alone does not request a refund. Unless a refund ends access earlier, paid access continues until the end of the current paid billing period.
After 14 days
After the 14-day period, payments are normally non-refundable, and we do not provide prorated refunds for unused time, unused seats, or seat reductions. Contact us about duplicate charges, billing errors, or material problems with the service so we can investigate and provide any refund or remedy that is due. Your legal rights remain unaffected.
Purchases through app stores
If you purchase through Apple App Store, Google Play, or another reseller, request a refund from that seller. Its refund process and applicable terms govern that purchase, together with your statutory rights.
Your rights and policy updates
This policy does not limit any mandatory withdrawal, cancellation, refund, or other consumer rights. Any greater protection required by law or granted by the payment provider remains available. The version of this policy in effect on your payment date applies to that payment.
